Why cant i honor opposing team like before?

I loved that feature and it seemed like it helped a small bit with all chat toxicity.

I said the same thing like it doesnt need to be anything special it could even just be the same exact one as before I just want the ability to do it doesnt need to but updated or anything

Because it was abused to honor those who were feeding, doing poorly, or were easy kills.
