People aren't bothered by how much dmg Udyr does. We need to make him less tanky.

I'm a Diamond V Udyr main and I wanted to discuss how Udyr should really be nerfed. After talking to many people who hate Udyr they all complain about the same thing, they really hate how they can never kill Udyr. Not once did they complain about how much damage that Udyr does, just how tanky he is. Riot recently just needed Udyr's Phoenix Stance and now they are doing a gigantic nerf on it. After discussion with other Udyr mains we have decided that it's not even worth it to go Phoenix Stance anymore. There isn't a point when Tiger Stance will do more damage now. But I hate going Tiger Stance and many others do as well, these new nerfs on Phoenix Stance are just too much. You guys just need to make Udyr easier to kill, lower some tank stats and mess around with things like that. Udyr isn't a threat of damage, he just never dies.

people are constantly complaining about champions being tanky while dealing damage. because they have no idea about the value of utility.

i mainly dislike udyr because of how un-outplayable he feels. he just runs at me with like 500+ ms (assuming he has boots and a movement speed item and isn't an idiot) and then shreds me. and when he uses tiger stance the dot always kills me if i manage to escape. the thing is it kind of feels like udyr's thing is being able to run really fast so maybe it would be wrong to take that away. if they toned that down i feel like he would be a lot healthier.

tl;dr personally i hate his mobility and not his damage output/tankiness

Personally, I just hate how spamable his stun feels. I know there is a window where he can't stun the same target, but it feels too small to make escaping him an option.

funny, I only like Udyr because of Tiger stance existing

granted, i'm not a dedicated Udyr player but when I play him I go tiger. Nothing about Phoenix is fun for me. doesn't help that he still gets banned in a lot of my games.

this seems about right, but his difficulty to kill usually comes from a combination of Turtle/Bear stance's shield and run buff, and his tanky builds + movespeed. He can be very annoying when he just runs around people, runs away and generally only picks his fights when he knows he can crush you.
