Can we do something about Skarner please?

Hello, and thank You for reading this. i've been a proud Skarner main for two years, playing almost only him since the first day i bought him. What i like about Skarner is surely his dps fighter/tank role, his (old) lore, his character, and his synergy with alot of items. But what the most i like about him is his stickiness, endless and endless chasings, damaging/stunning(with his two most recent reworks) the enemy tic by tic every time i finally get to them. However, right now i'm truly concerned about his situation post-rework, because even after the "not light" nerfs(it's harder to get to people, more chapions get to outduel you, etc), he still gets to be banned almost in every game (he's the champion i enjoy the most). this is how i think the situation will go on: skarner will get further nerfed so he will be subpar again (although i always managed to make him work through all his reworks, not with ease, but still..), till he gets a fourth rework (the right one, or else rinse and reapeat) or some buffs after months or so. is another rework a valuable option, or is it possbile to fix him in his actual iteration, without actually make him broken (on the weak side or the strong side)? i don't know, maybe after his free week i'll finally get to play him again....i think that's all.
