Runes Locked Until 8 and Spells Until 10 and Basic Champion Capsules.

So blind pick unlocks at level 3,ofcourse you are not getting matched against people with your level,they might even be 10 levels ahead,which is bad, why? well you might have a jungler since they have unlocked smite and the other team might not,you might have ghost+heal on top lane and the other might have tp+flash.

Why? because Riot decided that new players should not have access to the full game experience.

Other than that,i just realised it since i got banned on this account and made a new one,new players can not edit their rune pages,they are stuck with the premade rune pages that riot made (which are bad and make no sense since there are 12 big runes and only like a couple of premade rune pages to chose from) Why is that? Why riot made it like that? whats the point? Let new people experience with shit in this game,i dont think anyone here would like to play fucking galio with grasp on mid lane right?.

Also whats with the Basic Champion Capsule? i am sure that most of you didnt know they even existed,If im not mistaken they dont even give 900BE ?does that mean that people that are below level 30 are not worthy enough to earn the same shit as a players that is higher? you give new players for free an Ashe at level 1 a Garen at level 2 and a freaking Brand at level 3 and thats it? lol.

Also im not surprised no one its talking about this because low level players probably dont even know about the boards (and thats a good thing since eveything here is passing unnoticed because apparently we are just a minority for riot) and smurfs dont even care since they are probably higher than 10 level and also got to level up their accounts before preseason affected them.

Get your shit together and stop changing shit in this game that no one is talking about.(the spells when you press tab for example)
