Add bonus IP for higher divisions?

This isn't a complaint, I just think it would help players.

I know Challengers and Masters and maybe Plats don't really need IP to buy champs, but in Bronze-Gold, I think there needs to be some sort of IP bonus for the rank you are in. A really small bonus, but one nonetheless.

Why? It allows players to get more and more champions and have more variety in picks as they progress in Ranked. In Bronze players likely have 1 main and 2-3 backups for each role, and then about 10-15 that they don't really use, just bought a while back. Also, it lets players develop their runes; because face it, runes are expensive. Not only do you spend 3k-4k IP on a full page, you need another 6300 to get a new page and then 3-4k more for the runes. And it's not necessary to have a page for every role but it is quite useful.

How the boost would work (Opinion): You get 5/3 IP for each division you are in for a win/loss. For example: (The numbers in parentheses are showing what # division the rank corresponds to.) -Bronze V: 5/3 IP -Bronze I (5): 25/15 IP -Silver I (10): 50/30 IP -Gold I (15): 75/45 IP -Platinum I (20): 100/60 IP -Master/Challenger: 125/75 IP
