Shaco bu-ner-buff? nerf. buff? what riot?

Why on earth did they take away the damage from his q and put it on his passive? There was no need to do that at all. And the fact that they took ad scaling off, like why. Additionally, i just took him into practise tool and his AP scaling damage from his passive didnt even proc or show up when i did damage to the dummies. Its not even there.

Why did riot make these changes? Why is the damage not showing up in bots? Does the damage even register in normal/ranked games?
