Riot please FIX YOUR FRIGGIN CLIENT

Earlier I got a 5 minute queue penalty because when I tried to pick a champion to ban it said there was an error locking in my champ and then pushed me back into the lobby said I "abandoned the match" IMMEDIATELY after that I get disconnected during the loading screen and the client took so long to reload, that by the time the reconnect button appeared, my team already remade. and right now i'm trying to queue up again but now it won't even let me do that! I keep hearing the sound effect for the ready check, but the thing doesn't even appear and now it keeps saying that I declined the match. Riot, fix your shit please. [sg-shisa]
