Need help on Connection.... first time happen in my LOL game life for pass 9 years

Dear All

Please help. After choose character and skin, when come to the game loading part... this massage will appear

" Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game."

My internet is connected if not how can I choose Character and join the game? I had try on Vs AI but same thing happen....

It is first time happen to me, anyone counter such issue before? Please give me some advice.
