1 ban per player.

Not my idea, but it's a good one.

It will:

• Increase champion-pick diversity
• Relax balance-tension
• Give everyone equal opportunity in the banning phase
• Make champion-select more interactive
• Diminish QQ'ing

Cmon PBE! Let's GO! It's worth a shot. Cons are little-to-none with this idea.
