Getting dodge timer for some reason.....

So i'm trying to get used to this new champ select where if you don't lock its an auto dodge, and that's fine but earlier i was in champ select and it booted me to the screen were you select lane and i thought it was because someone dodge, not even sure why it happened, anyways i clicked the X on arranging teams then it just booted me to the main client screen and i couldn't close it or hit play, had to ctrl+ult+del to get out and come back in, when i did it game me a dodge timer of 30 min ..... i like the new set up but seems like to much is going during champ select you hardly have time to set up all your stuff because your thinking you better hit all the right shit so you don't get a dodge penalty, and pay attention to all this stupid countdowns...
