Unbalanced matchmaking

So i was just in a match with my friend with the new champion select, i don't know if it is a bug or not but we get matched with people lower than 30 which, as you would expect, games end in losses because the people who are lower than 30 are getting matched with people who are silver+. Rito fix the matchmaking balance this is becoming worst and worst everyday.
