[Suggestion] Hotkeys for chat messages

They would be pretty useful. For example: F9: kys F10: get cancer F11: /all report my jungler

But in all seriousness, chat messages often work better than pings. So in order to save time, we could use preset ones like "enemy missing", "enemy no flash", "enemy jungler top/bot side", "let's dive", "enemy low health/mana", "enemy used their escapes", "don't fight 4v5, you morons", "let's get baron", "Help! Help! I'm being repressed!" etc.

Naturally they should have a cooldown so that idiots wouldn't have easier time to spam our chat.
