AFK-ers in ranked games

Ok... I've been playing ranked games for a few months now this season and it is extremely unfair when someone in your team leaves/afks and you still lose the LP. I've lost way too many promos due to this. That needs to change, it is unfair to players like me, who don't give up, don't flame, encourages teammates and try hard to win when someone just gives up and leaves ruining everyones game. Changes need to be done. Like idk... if the person you report for afk/leave gets a penalty you should get your LP back or something. Because it is a nightmare to play ranked games like that.
