He has at least a 55% win rate in literally every division (except bronze, but even there his win rate is still very high). If you don't believe me champion.gg confirms this. OP.gg also has similar numbers and more more detailed statistics for each division, but honestly the data is so similar on these 2 sites it doesn't really matter.
