If I had to change Masteries, here's how I would
Keep in mind this is only my opinion, and I'd love to hear other peoples RESPECTFUL opinions Ferocity
Tier 1 Fury Gone. This is now the sustain tier. Left Mastery will be (Feast) however I'd make it 10 health off any auto attack every 10 seconds Right Mastery would (Vamperism) be 2.5% Lifesteal and Spell vamp, up to 5% when they hit an enemy champion.
Left is sustain versus minions, and right is sustain versus champions. If your aggressive you want Vamperism, if your a passive player then Feast really works well for you.
Tier 2 (Feast Moved) Left Mastery, I would keep Double Edged Sword the way it is.
Right Mastery would become Assassian from the Cunning Tree
I've been one for Double Edged Sword, but I can see some people really liking it. I figured putting the two % dmg modifers in the same tree would work well.
Tier 3 Left Masterywill be named (Rigerous Training) and will add 0.67 AD per level and 1.12 Ability Power per Level (Yes this was Natural Talent). This is 12 AD and 20 AP at level 18 Right Mastery will be called (Natural talent), and it simply gives 6 AD and 10 Ap.
The theory of this talent choices is late game versus early game. The break point for Rigerous Training is level 9, top laners and Mid laners likely want Rigerous Training, and bottem laners and junglers probably want Natural talent.
Tier 4 No Changes! I really like this tier and the choices here already feel meaningful
Tier 5 Battering Blows is now both 7% Armor Penetration and 7% Magic Penetration
The right Mastery will now be Precision as per the cunning tree The choice here is between what kind of target you want to attack, low stat squishies penetration will be prefered. However if your worried about tank busting then Battering Blows likely is the best choice.
Tier 6 Warlord's Bloodlust in addition to it's current effect I would give it a bonus 5% damage increase to the next spell cast and that spells cooldown is reduced by 1 second. This effect on a 4 second cooldown.
Fervor of Battle. In addition to the current effect I would also make spells do an additional amount of damage = half the current physical damage as magic damage on all abilities.
Thunderlords Decree. As per the Cunning talent!
Warlords Bloodlust is meant to be for people who crit, or want to offer a bit of poke.
Fervor for sustained damage from a lot of attacks and spells. Thunderlords is clearly the burst talent.
Cunning
Tier 1 I like Wanderer and Savagery. I think it's a good choice for junglers between damage and movement. In addition for laners they could use savagery and supports can always use Wanderer Tier 2 (Assassin Removed) I also like this tier, if you think your going to get buffs then Runic Affinity is a good talent. Otherwise Secret Stash is great.
Tier 3 (Merciless Removed) Left Mastery is now a regeneration Mastery. 0.3 of your Missing health Every 5 Seconds
Right Mastery remains the same Mastery
If you are worried about sustaining lane then you want Regeneration. If you are a mana user and want more of that then take Meditation Tier 4 Left Mastery I'd buff Bandit to give bonus for each large monster slain. This provides a good reason for junglers to take this talent in addition to every support obviously wanting it.
Right Mastery I would buff Dangerous Game to also give 5% damage to champions below 40%.
I'd say that's a pretty tough choice between getting some gold generation versus a damage and sustainablity increase if your doing damage to others. It also suits the passive play versus aggressive play again.
Tier 5 (Precision Removed) Rather simple change here, I'd make the left Mastery called Sorcery and have it just give 2% CDR Right Mastery remains the same.
The obvious point of this is if you plan on building full CDR then take Intelligence. If you don't plan to take much any CDR then you will want Socery
Tier 6
Stormraider's Surge (I actually don't know what to do with this Mastery) Maybe something like doing 20% of the person health in two seconds you do another 10% of their hp as true damage and gain 30% movespeed for 2 seconds. (20 second cooldown) Deathfire Touch I'd give this a buff to the base damage maybe 9-26 per level.
Windspeaker's Blessing Keep it the same, I appericate the value for supports
Stormraider's Surge is a mess and I'm not sure on it Death Fire is for pokey mages and supports that don't want to go down Ferocity tree. Windspeaker's is of course for the healers and supports.
Resolve Actually I really like Resolve tree. I feel like every Mastery here has some value. I would actually increase the value of Veteran's scars now that it's been nerfed a bit but otherwise not much of a change.
TL:DR Encouraging choices in Ferocity tree mostly.
