This weird meta has me thinking

I wonder if we are going to see other forms of 2 support metas. For instance are we going to see the bot and mid laners take smite so they can farm a lane and half the jungle? Maybe have a top jungle/support with smite helping mid and top and a second one helping bot and mid.
