New Inspiration keystone "Master of War"

Master of War is a keystone that grant you an additional keystone and +5 movement speed for every 2 kills. Keystone selection will be random and stack 5 times. If your able to go on a 12 killing spree you will unlock all keystone until you die. Assist count has .5 pt.
