There needs to be at least 3 VGU's a year, not 2.
There are so many champions that need to have their kits updated. The worst of the bunch are
. They are all a complete mess both visually and game play wise.
Riot is currently pumping out champions like crazy now, while some of the older champions and their player base suffer heavily since they cannot compete with all these new ones who are loaded with dashes and power creep.
We are not asking for 6 VGU's a year like back in 2018. People just want the most needy champions to get updated like the ones mentioned above. The polls determining champion updates is just upsetting for those that are almost guaranteed not to win Such as Mundo or Nocturne. The poll system is highly flawed.
A lot of veterans love the older champions and are willing to spend big money on their skins to see them updated to current standards. Sure the profit is lower in the short term, but in the long term it would make more profit for riot and people are more likely to continue playing.
There is a few others that could use visual updates too with minor changes to gameplay, such as:
Thats about the list to me. I think about 3-4 VGUs a year would be about right, especially since the NEED between the champions on these lists vary a lot. For example, Shaco needs an update far, far more than Nocturne. And Skarner needs new gameplay much more than Alistar. And Jax needs a visual update far more than Rammus.
