I need help

I hope I'm posting in the right place, this is where a moderator redirected me last time when I had a similar problem.

Recently playing this game I've been losing a lot. And I mean a lot. I mostly play normals right now because I want to try to better myself for ranked and I used to have a decent win rate. It was something like around 60 to 70 gap between my wins and losses (wins higher than losses) and now there's very few between them. I'm not sure what do to anymore because constantly losing isn't fun and I'm not learning from any of it. I don't know what positions to play anymore because I'm losing in every role and I have no idea what to do. I don't have that many friends that play this game that are good or better or around my level of play or anyone that can really teach me. This game is becoming more and more of a depressing act but I've invested so much time into this game that I don't want to just give up and stop playing

stick to two/three easy champions and spam them. Stop playing shit like draven and khazix and play something like annie and malphite and play like 10 games in a row of each till you have like 50 games on each and you will not only get elo but improve. And stop playing normals you rank doesnt actually matter and think of it this way you go one step down the ladder to go two steps up. Use pro builds and copy pros builds/runes ect. Work on improving basics of game like farming,warding,foresight ect. And most of all PLAY MORE GAMES a shit ton more. If you want to improve or see results its like the gym going once a week wont really do anything for you.
