Bring back fortification for bot turret

Yeah, Riots not gonna buff towers or remove first turret blood. But the lack of fortification on bot lane tower is just too difficult to deal with. Lose a bad trade and get forced to back, and by the time you return your turret has less than half hp. After that you are forced to push up to prevent your turret from getting damaged. This in turn leaves you open to ganks, making it even worse if youre against junglers like zac or hecarim. Really, all I ask is to bring back fortification on bot so less piñatas need to be brought out for constant fiestas that can cost you a large gold lead and a loss of lane.
