Can there be something done about the queue pop?

It is so annoying that I rarely ever get into a lobby during the first queue pop. It always takes about 2-4 queue pops on average for me to finally get into a lobby.

A lot of people I have asked also said they usually never get into a lobby after their first pop. This doesn't just happen a few times either its literally like all the time.

Anyone else have this problem?
