Teemo Fan Creation Ability Kit
DISCLAIMER: Not an official rework of any kind by Riot Games! This is just a fun little fan project for creativity sake and creating something new / up to date for Teemo's ability kit, make a proper immobile (ability power focused) marksman that can play bottom lane rather than be a lane bully against weak early game melee champions - emphasizing on his Swift Scout theme and poison damage.
Basic Attack Range: 575 units Attack Speed: 0.690 +3.5% per level Movement: 340 units per second Base Attack Damage: Low to Average based on other marksmen
Tactical Sweep (Passive): Upon standing still, or being inside brush, for 1.5 seconds, Teemo will turn invisible and can move around freely inside brush without break his invisibility. Teemo can cast Glowing Mushroom without breaking this invisibility. Upon exiting invisibility, Teemo gains 50% total movement speed for 2 seconds, taking champion or tower damage removes this bonus, while the bonus is still in effect Teemo turns invisible immediately upon standing still.
Toxic Shot: Teemo's attacks apply a poison on-hit to struck enemies for 4 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. This poison deals 3(+3%AP) magic damage per second per stack (max 12(+12%AP) magic damage per second). Targets with 4 stacks of poison are dealt 15(+50%AP) plus 2%(+1% per 100AP) of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage on-hit from Teemo's basic attacks. Teemo's first basic attack from invisibility applies 2 stacks of poison.
Blinding Dart (Q): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 60 mana; Range: 700 units Teemo near-instantaneously shoots a blinding dart at the target enemy, blinding it for 2 seconds and applying two stacks of poison. This deals 80/140/200/260/320(+100%AP) magic damage against minions and monsters.
If Blinding Dart executes its target then its cooldown and cost is refunded by 75% and heals Teemo for 5(+20%AP) health.
(Blind causes all targeted effects to miss its target while blinded.)
Move Quick (W): Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds; Cost: 40 mana Passive: Tactical Sweep's total movement speed bonus is increased to 80/110/140/170/200%.
Active: Teemo cleanses all slows on him and gains 300% bonus movement speed for 0.75 second.
Light Dart (E): Cooldown: 22/19/16/13/10 seconds; Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 mana; Range: 3000 units Teemo shoots a glowing dart in the target direction, revealing the surrounding area as it travels that lingers for 4 seconds, stopping at the first enemy struck and dealing 60/75/90/105/120(+50%AP) plus 5/6/7/8/9%(+1.5% per 100AP) of the target's current health as magic damage, applying two stacks of poison, and revealing it for 4 seconds.
If the target is a champion then Teemo gains Tactical Sweep's movement speed towards it.
Glowing Mushroom (R): Cooldown: 2 seconds; Cost: 40 mana; Vision Radius: 600/700/800 units Passive: Teemo stores a Glowing Mushroom every 30/25/20 seconds, up to a maximum of 3 at a time.
Active: Teemo places a Glowing Mushroom at his location, turning invisible and remaining in play for up to 300 seconds. Teemo can hold the skill key down for up to 1.5 seconds to toss the mushroom up to 700/900/1100 units away based on charge time upon key release to the target location, if the mushroom lands on an already existing Glowing Mushroom then it bounces 3/4/5 Teemos further.
If an enemy steps on a mushroom it will explode, slowing it down by 50/60/70%, grounding, and applying true sight on the target for 2.5 seconds. Struck champions below 40% health are dealt 200/300/400(+140%AP) magic damage over 4 seconds, struck minions and monsters are always dealt 100/150/200(+70%AP) magic damage over 4 seconds.
NOTE: I think Blind should be updated to include all targeted effects instead of only basic attacks, this includes making the healer/shielder to miss their spell while blinded unless it is a skill shot shield like what Lux has or a self-cast heal/shield, so Fizz Q and Annie Q will also miss if they are currently blinded.
