Pay to Win Veigar Skin

New skin, looks great. W and E animations are garbage tho. Still look awesome, but they are so soft and red. I played against him this morning and am a generally decent player. I just took skill after skill. They don't stick out at all. They might as well not be there. They hit like a train and when they are soft colors they just don't click like normal. I would walk right into them and not even notice until my HP was gone. Please add more to the indicators so in fights they still have that obviousness that they have normally, instead of nearly invisible. Really good skins tho.
