A few suggestion for dynamic queue

Okay fellow rankers, here are a few suggestions for Ranked dynamic queue: (1) Bonus IP (or RP for that matter) if you end up with your secondary role. To me it is unacceptable to go 20-30 games while NEVER getting your main role (in my case mid) (2) Balance the queue to prevent the aforementioned 20-30 games in your secondary role. Basically you get your primary role at least 40% of the time, or your money back. (3) Personal preference, but balance red/blue side. I play a disproportionate amount of ranked from the red side.

Anyway, Riot would be wise to balance the ranked system.
