Not just arurf

Well i played tons of arurf games but still had no luck having my favorite champion on this fun mode. Or earlier had a game when i finally got it but game did not started cuz someone left lobby. You can imagine how disappointing i am. I liked nonrandom urf cuz i wanted to play my fav champ. I know that according to the balance of urf you made it random but how about the idea when urf mode have 2 modes: Random and blind/draft? I know you did the options of gamemode for teemoing mode to swap difficulty on start, so can you do the same to urf to make people play who they want instead of spamming games hoping they have one and once they dissapointed enough they stop playing urf that week at all?
