Item problems :(

If you were to build one sheen item, lets say trinity force, does it bar you from getting iceborn gauntlet? Or maybe if you already have 40% cdr from your build, but a spirit visage would be nice, would you still get the spirit visage or should you not since the cdr on the item would be wasted?
