Can we change Barrier to be stronger but decay over its duration?
Even when I perfectly time Barrier against a burst attack, it doesn't make much of a difference. It just doesn't compete with Heal, and with new anti-shield mechanics springing up in multiple places... yeah, it's bad.
I imagine a deeper change to Barrier needs to be made (i.e. gives bonus AR/MR), but as a stopgap solution, how about we change it so that it has a higher amount but decays over its duration? This would make perfect timings much more effective, without making it OP due to the likelihood that you'll time it wrong.
