Since your E got buffed to have a 20% damage amp at level 1, you can now clear the jungle much more quickly than before! You want to max Q first because the E is pretty good for amp now.

Start off with Machete as talisman is useless outside of the mana regen for Swain jungle. You should be able to clear the entire jungle on your first clear fairly decently. On your first back either get the machete upgrade or start building towards Roa.

Now your ganks are next level garbage if your laner has no CC. You can herd the enemy to get closer to your laner and that will make your ganks absolutely devastating.

Here is the fun part: either go runic echoes or go bloodrazor if youre ballsy.

Why bloodrazor? With your 20% damage amp your autos will deal 3.6% of your enemy's max health instead of 3%.

Your ideal build should be runic echoes, Roa, spirit visage, randuins, zhonyas, and boots.

This build will grant you tons of elo.
