"Iceborn": Lissandra's next ability periodically has no cost.

Within the next skill, Lissandra can inflict frostbite to the enemy. Frost bite burns the enemy over time and interrupts their next skill during the duration. (This applies to AoE.) (Only one skill is interrupted)

The enemy will be able to see Lissandra's passive being up with a blue aura shown or a misty blue around her.
