@Riot Why are you nerfing GP's mid-lategame

Currently the issue with GP is that runes reforged have made his early game FAR too safe, when he is supposed to be his weakest with resolve tree + inspiration alone he can reach nearly 800 hp level 1 (on top of things like second wind and klepto giving him insane sustain)
So the logical thing to do here is to nerf GP's early game directly to balance this out
The change to his oranges is fine, but the change to Powder Keg doesn't make much sense past lane Unless Riot thinks he's overperforming later into the game, there isn't any reason why they should have reduced durations into the mid-lategame
Currently the kegs last 60s PBE they last 40s
A better change would be to have them last 40/45/50/55/60s based on the level of his E (or just make the duration scale with his level)
The buffs he got to his passive and Q gold last season should also be reverted
This is kind of a minor thing but I also want to note that celestial body is being removed and this replaces it: http://puu.sh/zjzxJ/31afcb6a49.jpg which is a direct nerf to his early game safety atm
