Reworking/nerfing Malzahar ult?

Any chance this can be nerfed? Because his ult is basically 110% chance of dying 100-0 unless you're a super tank, plus the circle that appears under the target deals residual damage, which WILL fuck you over even if you survive. :/

The only thing that should be changed is the point and click, other than that it's fine, just make a 100-0 ult take ACTUAL skill to land
