PSA: Most 6.17 changes are aimed directly at Professional play

Yes, it sucks for us normal players. Yes, it sucks if you dont give a damn about the Pro scene. No, I'm not defending the changes. I'm just simply stating why these changes are happening. No, dont expect a lot of them to stick around after patch 6.18

Just wanted to address this because I'm seeing a lot of threads with people confused about a lot of these changes. Let's use Shen for example. Shen is not a problem in our games. He has very clear strengths and weaknesses. However, Shen becomes extremely strong when used by extremely coordinated teams of the best players in the entire world. Rek'sai is a similar story.

So fear not! You're outrage is completely justified. Unfortunately, we can't stop it. All we can do is grin and bear it until patch 6.19
