Akali will have to be reverted, she has turned out to be completely unbalanceable

Ever since her rework, every time she was mentioned in the patch notes it was either to Inform of a new skin, a bugfix or a nerf, with one Powershift "Compensation" for the utter destruction of her R in 9.18 and some really damn Minor "Hotfix" buffs, such as health regen being increased from 6 to 8 or increasing the duration of the movement speed of her Passive, showing that every time they nerfed her, it destroyed her so much they immediately had to compensate somehow. And the other way around too. Every time one such hotfix buff came in, no 2 patches later she's getting nerfed AGAIN.

The last two champions who have seen nothing but nerfs, with obligatory compensation that did nothing to help, since their reworks were Rengar and LeBlanc, and BOTH ended up being reverted after year of Riot insisting they could balance this shiftest, before FINALLY admitting they could not.

Akali has entered that very same territory. There is absolutely no way to straight up buff her without her needing a Nerf the next patch, if not getting a hot fix in the same patch over how it immediately breaks her, and vice versa.

Not to mention that the main flaw in her kit is that her Abilities were designed to cover each other's individual weaknesses. She STILL harasses the fuck out of you, she STILL can all in at lvl 2 as hard, if nor harder than a Talon-Leona combo, she STILL can go in and go out with a kill and end up having gained a HEAL instead of any damage.

Akali's Kit mechanic-wise only has one real weakness and that's the player handling her. The only way to lose as an Akali is if you as a player have no talent, or no experience, with playing this champ. And again, the last two champions who entered that territory were both reverted over how impossible it was to balance them, and i don't see Akali getting out of this dilemma any different.

And now, after laying low with her for Season 10, they are completely killing her with the newest upcoming changes, giving her two insanely uncorrectable weaknesses JUST so she has an actual weakness in her kit now, and so far absolutely nobody is enjoying what is being handed.

Either admit that Akali is a failure, gut her and forget her for years like you did with Azir, or Revert her and simply adapt the Visual aspects of Old Akali to still appeal to Season 10. Or take a step forward and rework her again, and this time let it be from someone who actually knows how to design Assassins, such as Gipsylord, who has a seriously great understanding on how to create fun kits with matching personalities (Trivia: Gipsylord was the person who made Ekko, Vi, Jinx and helped Meddler with Gnar, to give some examples).

But either way, this monstrosity that we have right now is a horror show to look at. One single patch note from Akali is almost twice as long as the entire patch history of pre-rework Fiora and getting such a patch note once every month or two is annoying and doubles down as proof of Riot's utter inability to balance her.

Swallow your pride and abandon ship on this champion.

Akali getting nerfs is a actually a good thing since IF THIS WAS THE FIRST ONE RIOT WOULD OF JUST GUTTED HER FROM THE START like old akali wasn't good for that reason.

Old has had less counter play, less skill, AND COULDN'T BE CHANGED WITHOUT BREAKING HER.

Like fuck off with this bs idea that makes no sense.

we could just re - rework her. Like Ryze. I think theres still alot of cool stuff that you can do with the champion that hasn't been explored. I think that is the case with many champions... Looking at you Yasuo.

Why not just balance her for high elo?

You know, most of the problems in the balance with such champions stem from Riot's desire to reduce disparity between the good players and the peasan....other people trying to look good while feeding on her. (description does not apply to non-Akali players)

So yea, why just not balance her for the good people only and leave the rest with whatever they got, they can't play her because they don't want to put in the time? There's like 147 other champions they can choose from, they can easily leave this one for those do want to put in the time, and just go play Zed instead.

Rather she didn't get reverted, old akali was bullshit as well with the triple point & click dash, just dumpster her with the nerf hammer and plan a rework for the future.

akali has been balanced for months, riot should be taking a hard stance here and not nerf her anymore.

They just need to remove some of her stuff. Does she need a slow on Q, Movement speed on passive, movement speed on W, dash on E and dashes on R?

It's a little much. Just remove one of the movement increase and the slow on Q and things might start to go in the right redirection as she will be able to be buffed as an assassin. Or maybe add an actual cooldown to Q.
