Why I like the 2019 Ranked System

Based on the presumption that Riot will keep the queueing similar to 2018 where we have a primary role to queue for, if we autofill - it won't impact our primary rank.

Thus, we can say "I'm a Diamond V ADC main but I play like Bronze III jungler" and that rank for our worst roles won't impact our actual rank for our primary.

It's not tilting but it's also going to be slightly confusing to some. Overall, it'll make sense. Also, a big thank you to Riot for the new tutorial. The preview looks splendid in itself. Hopefully it's scalable so you can keep adding tutorials in different sections and split it between beginner/intermediate/advanced.
