Poacher's Dirk

I seriously think it's time to consider removing Poacher's Dirk from the game, or reworking it entirely. No jungler wants it, no jungler really needs Serrated Dirk, and the conditions for transforming it are pretty demanding for how risky it is to put yourself out in the enemy jungle. Is there any chance it gets reworked?
