This preseason is truly outrageous

Taric is tearing it up on the Rift for me since patch 6.22 hit. I believe the item tweaks are the reason. Let me explain.

- lowered price - lowered price - much tank, much bodyguard - so you can stack armor while you get MR - see above

I mean, this is Taric's dream scenario. Add to that the excessive assassin picks for all his damage reduction, extra armor, and shields to block, and you've got yourself the perfect Taric meta. I am actually somewhat scared of the nerf-bat. It's a wonderful time to be outrageous.
