only nerf draven needs (if any) is to make axes more punishing to drop by increasing mana or cd

you might have noticed that draven has a good winrate but as a draven main i feel confident in saying that he is not in need of nerfs. rather the thing that objectively is making him strong is death's dance which allows all you meta slaves to pick draven while missing your axes yet still draintank the enemy team because you got to cast an axe at the beginning.

nerf death's dance damage reduction back to 15% and then increase draven's mana cost of the q from 45% so that when you meta slaves miss the axe, you get punished for it. Maybe increase the axe cooldown also.

do NOT change the way draven's axes fly in the air or whatever because that needs to stay constant or else it will ruin existing draven main's practice and experience for no necessary reason at all
