rank calculation is unfair the not the rank rank, is finished a game's rank

Hey guys can you describe how is the system do calculate of the rank after a single is finished? I think this "old" calculation is quite unfair it seems when you finish a game and who earned the most of gold then that guy can got a S rank or the kda which k&a totally over 30~20 and d is below 5 you may get a qualifications of rank S.

That means in a single game i don't need to help any teammate or any lane i still can get a S rank, coz my gold and kda is the best one, it seems never fair.

For example someone pick mid and crush enemy's mid and keep helping top or bot to survive, if it’s luck can also got some kills at the same time but when the game is finished this mid guy only got a rank A, and the bad jungler who can got a S rank are you kidding me? The jungler is doing jungle only in whole game.

We all know any teammate suppose need to damage and take some of damage from enemy but this kind of jungler just keep jungle, until he jungle enough and he also he is up, he start to do the "killer character" after all the calculate of result turns out he got a S rank, coz he got lots of minions and a good kda such as 10/1/4 and highest money all of that made him seems is doing "quite good" ,but his good is base on the mid who crush the enemy's mid and keep helping other lane.

Every single gank make the ganker have some possibility killed by enemy and the kda's d is plus one while he is dead and so badly he just out of range of dead count of your rank system, so it makes him never can got any rank S, coz he got that 1 dead and the dead is just over the calculate range such as over 5 dead you can’t got a rank S but this dead still proving this ganker is helped his teammate so hardly but unfortunately he is killed by enemy but your system think this ganker is playing so bad coz it’s dead is out of range of your rank system that's not fair.

This mid example just an example but it always happens some player is doing less but got the S rank in all game, if the rank system is base on kda and gold who earn most, it tells me your calculation got something wrong. From my infer I think the tank guy will never got a S rank, coz he keep dead in whole game and it makes the tank earn the less gold, but everyone knows without a tank the carry can't do any damage. I suggest stop do this kind of calculate of kda or gold thing if it is ture, you guys should do the calculate over all things in games, such as damage tokes, damage deal, first kill, the path at XXmin. This XXmin is like this for example bot start a fight and mid and jungle etc. is going to try any help or kill, that will got a time stamp and a map path footprint, you guys should use those information somehow to improve the calculation of your rank system not only base on kda or earn the tops of gold, coz that’s really piss of 4 of teammate try hard for a win but that 1 who is helpless but keep cs and that cs even not for push lane it only cs and useless not join any fight to do what suppose he need to do in game such as tank or damage or ward etc. but still got a S rank???

For example this game mundo afk very beginning ,ww before 6 is useless,that's fine we will wait him until he is 6. In this game i kill enemy's mid few times and made him useless after that i try to help bot and request ww take top to farm coz mundo is already afk top is a free farm for enemy, but he just ignore me, and keep jingling.

We try hard until mid game to late game ww is up and start killing the why he can kill like this and die like this, is because my team is try very hard to killing enemy and push before,enemy can't up so ww got lots of easy kill, and all of his kill is base on my team try very at early game, not him. I take lots of damage and the large part of this "lots of this damage" should be ww taken not me, so i dead like hell . But he still can have this easy kill at the mid to late game because we make it happen, so he can have a "quite good" player feeling, that's not he is doing that well, it is we did it very well before and this we is not include ww ,but this stupid system still make him a S because he got lots of gold and a good kda result and lots of cs , this lots is came from us try hard not ww, when we try hard he still jungle and cs, he not help us at a right time without us this game must lose, that's a kind of complain but still prove your guys system is something wrong.

I'm having some issues grasping all of what you're saying but I'll try to explain mastery grades as best I can and hopefully that'll address your concerns.

Your mastery grade doesn't only depend on kda/gold/cs, but lots of other factors as well like kill participation/objective taking/warding and so on.

More importantly, there aren't particular absolute cutoffs, and your grade is determined based on your percentile ranking compared to all other performances on that particular champ/role combination. So a stellar 10/2/20 mid lane kat performance might not actually be particularly impressive compared to all mid lane kat performances which probably includes a number of 20+/0/10+ performances and so net only a A, but meanwhile a 5/2/10 'adc' kat might get an S since theres relatively few adc kat performances out there.

Similarly, splitpushing champs aren't at a disadvantage for not necessarily having amazing kdas, since they're compared to others on that champ. It may be that some performances on that champ featured plenty of people who managed to splitpush all game but also had decent kdas so you might feel like it's unfair if you just splitpushed a lot and didn't manage to also have kill particpation, but some players managed, and you're being compared to everyone (in that champ/role combination).

Similarly, supports often have the lowest gold on the team (as they don't typically cs much and don't get many kills), but that's ok, since they're compared to other people who supported using that champ, and so the absolute gold amounts don't matter.

All and all, since you're compared to other players on the same champ/role, it is fair. Getting good ranks is hard since you really do have to perform better than the majority to earn a good grade, but that just makes the grades actually meaningful, instead of things being handed out for arbitrary cutoffs that may or may not actually be difficult/conducive to winning the game.
