Caitlyn is broken.

Shiv as itself does enough damage as it is on yasuo, caitlyn,jinx, and basically any adc. Also including infinity edge and it crits? that does 500 damage alone to me playing jinx. I couldn't farm because she froze lane and when I try to farm, karma would enhance q and that would bring me down 4 bars which is insane also. Headshot damage is broken to the point where even imaqtpie complained about it.
