Unbalance

So i am an adc main and i just want to say how useless i am in game. No matter how fed i am, if they've got fed toplaner, it's basically GG. Why are the tanks, which are mainly created to be tanks, deal more than i do as an adc, even though we've got equal item numbers. It doesnt make sense at all to play adc since i deal less than tanks do, and they are far more tanky than i am. Balance the fucking game pls.
