Regarding getting champions from Chests.

So, I have every champion in the game on my main account currently, and sort of realized how awful the value of purchasing chests was since there's a risk I will get champion shards exclusively. So until you do something to ensure that I don't get champion shards when I'm sitting with every champion, rune page and soon all runes unlocked, I will stay clear of buying chests for the time being, and in turn wanted to know if there are any plans of any sort to alleviate the chance of me wasting rp on champions that I already own so I know if I should ever buy a chest again? :0
