Recall/Vision Bug?

Uhhh ill be honest. This doesn't always happen but mainly around baron pit side jungle and river. I have been seeing enemy people recall in bushes where there are no wards when I'm running near by. Was wondering if anybody else has ban seeing this? I first noticed about a day or two ago.

I'm not posting this in bugs forum because i cant fully verify it always happening. I don't believe i have enough hard evidence yet.
