I think Pantheon has a toxic laning phase
Please tell me this thing will get reworked. it's literally a binary line that is unstoppable and not fun to play against. not that it's supposed to be FUN but holy hell, i rather afk and take the leave.

As a level 6 (one S away from 7) pantheon player, it is really annoying. I think if his Q was made into a skill shot with a longer cd, it would be much better. Like a nidalee or Varus Q.
The passive is ok, it’s a defining part of his kit that makes him a great counter to really annoying champs like Fiora, Jayce, and teemo.
His ultimate is really the only thing in his kit that’s really fun. It’s the main reason why I used to one trick him.
