Shaco is practically a joke.
Most players, even people in diamond ( i got a guy who is diamond 3 shaco main and only has a 54%win rate with him over 300 games), hes great early game, but only really good for either that 1-2 hit k0 late game or split pushing, theres plenty of other champs out there that can do what he does, but better, with more cc, and live.
Don't listen to these naysayers, Shaco really shines in this meta. Games rarely go longer than 25 minutes these days, especially in higher elos where people actually know how to press an advantage. And what is Shaco good at? Securing an early game advantage! Towers are VERY weak, minions get stronger the further ahead you are, and all-AD comps are common, which makes pushing a breeze. Shaco does, however, get exponentially harder the higher elo you are, because good players also know how to counter him very effectively. In anything below plat, Shaco stomps all the time, however comebacks and turnarounds are far more likely down there, so don't be surprised to see all your hard work go to shit later on.
It's not about which jungler is the strongest, it's about which jungler you'll be good at.
Generally, I find Nocturne to be more useful due to his clearing speeds, ability to counter-gank from a great distance, dueling ability and vision denial. Nocturne's ultimate is a massive game-changer due to both the range and removing vision for the enemy team (which his very influential during tramfights in the jungle).
Though, I honestly just dislike having Shaco on my team. I find that he offers very little unless he snowballs every early, he is a poor teamfighter so he's pretty much forced into split-pushing or trying to catch people out, and his combination of low CC and durability from a role that typically provides both can really screw up team-compositions unless planned for.
Lee Sin can be a strong champion, but he falls off in teamfights and he's difficult to do well with. I honestly wouldn't recommend playing him until you are significantly more experienced.
Also to add to this, im a Noc main, he was my first champ from season 1.
Last season i had 210 games or so with him, 68% win rate.
I think that I'm going to get Nocturne because he might be easier to play for my first jungle.Shaco may need too much experience to play with him.Only pro players might be good with Shaco.
I would say off of the 3 champions you play you should go with shaco. He is more of an assassin than nocturne is currently minus nocturne being able to gap close from a large distance on a squishy target.
