If you force us to go biscuit delivery, at least fix it first.

On PBE biscuit delivery got swapped with magical boots on the mastery tree. This means players that go inspiration has to go biscuit delivery now, because minion dematerilizer is never used by anyone and futures market is very situational and never used by me as a support player. Biscuit delivery is very awkward to use, since it heals for 15% of Your missing Health, meaning you need to have at least 1000 missing Health for it to heal 150, which is what a normal Health potion does. A typical support has only 600-1000 Health in the laning phase so biscuit delivery will most of the time heal less than a Health pot, not to mention the biscuit delivery management is a pain in the ass. If you use it with 100 missing Health you will only gain a total of 15hp regeneration. Please give in a mininum Health regen of 150hp.

No, i already have to deal with ezreal with 4 health pots and 2 health beads top lane, i don't want him taking biscuit delivery aswell and basically being impossible to trade with early game because he gets another 4 free pots

Lets face it. The whole ingenuity tree sucks. There's very few options on it that really just out compared to the other trees. Yes there's a couple, but outside of Kleptomancy, who really would want to bother with the tree. Get rid of it all and start again with some non-trash options.
