P.S.: Also, here's some criticism without the bias of the old Cassiopeia:

it's like.. everything thrown at cass, especially her E. CD reset, poison debuff, mana restore, hp sustain. oughh.. it kinda hurt my brain in the first glance. There are 4 features in her E with 3 different condition required.

can we somehow simplified the description please?

She sucks because she is weak and unviable? Or she sucks because what kind of drugs were you on when you thought making her a mindless E-spamming bot and made her Q, W, and R complete shit was a good idea?

...if it's the former...hard to say. She consists of being really shitty and useless to being borderline OP depending on the competence of the enemy. But overall she's pretty much kinda balanced.

If it's the latter...yeah no kidding. She's a train wreck filled with corpses that are starting to fester.

there are two different questions:

Cassiopeia is fun?

nope, there are many reasons about it ... one is the poison indicator that is pratically invisible when fighting, another one is that spamming E is not so much funny

Cassiopeia sucks?

absolutely not, she is pretty much strong. If you play her correctly you will smash everyone. She got an abnormal damage, a really strong AoE stun and low cooldown so if someone come too near to you is dead.

So... the problem with Cassio is not about how much strong she is but how much fun she is. If a champion is no more fun, also if pretty strong, will no more be played.
