Make the fun game modes perm already.

Bring back domination and make blitz perm. Actual fun game modes not just summoners rift autism. You guys did well making aram perm. Does anyone actually have fun in sums if they arent playing with friends?? (read: playing with friends is the only thing making sums any fun in the 1st place)
