Problem with not-troll games with friends (draft removal)

Hi, i play this game for quite some time (started before season 1) and managed to get diamond in seasons 3-6. Still i mostly enjoy playing with real life friends, but not all of my friends are plats/dia. Back in season 4 we had a plat ranked team, we enjoyed the competetive aspect and played according to our skill and we were beating teams full of dia+ players even tho we were scatterd across all divisions.

Then ranked teams got removed. It was sad but we played normal draft then. When flex came it didnt help us cause i cannot play with my gold/silver friends even in 5 man flex. But normals were fun.

Then normal draf was removed.................... if we want to play toghether now we have to play blind pick which is so boring cause the strategy in championselect is gone (and you can meet few trolls here)

I HATE BLIND :D

So here is what we can do, every higher playeced player of us play on smurf basicaly all the time so we can play together. It isnt fair to "normal" gold player on enemy team when he is agains 2 diamonds. And when we will be high enough on our smurfs so we couldnt play together again, then we will create another smurfs..................

Give us competetive teambased q so flex matchmaking is not broken
