Kog main has a few words about the void puppy's mechanics

After seeing CassiopeiaCassiopeia 's reworks (One in a previous patch where her E no longer interrupts her movement, and the other one which completely revamped her E), and AlistarAlistar 's change where he can land a better combo, I feel like Riot is making this game easier to play in some sense. Kog'mawKogMaw , on the other hand, became a lot harder to play since his rework due to the fact that it's really difficult to kite at a high attack speed. Surely, some pro players can do it, and after months of practice I can do it fairly well too, but I can see that Riot did not expect that some people can still play Kog and kite with his W activated in late game (just look at Kog's difficulty in his champ info, are you sure Kog kiting is that easy?). But Riot still wants him to stand still and kill everyone in a team fight (possibly without drastically increasing his difficulty to play ). Therefore, instead of increasing his attack speed to 10000000000000 spits per second, why not give him a buff which boosts his damage output and the buff gets stronger when he stands still, and decays when he moves? In this way, Kog can no longer have devastating killing power and the ability to move around at the same time, regardless of the player's skills, and it would make his gameplay a lot easier and noob-friendly, and his teammates would need to take care of him more in order to reach his highest damage potential, and more importantly, it would soothe my fingers' soreness.
