Please Get All Ranges Outta Top Lane

Look riot, i love your game alot, I play it alot, but when a nidalee is in my top lane and she harasses me thats annoying but i can deal with it, i should be able to all in her and thats how i do damage, but when i try to all in her or do my burst of damage, nid turns into a tiger and obliterates me. how am i supposed to deal with this. Riot fix your game where ranged characters arnt in top.
